  • What is marketing on demand?
    "Marketing on demand" allows you to buy media (social, display, paid search) directly from media buyers, whenever you want. We cut out the middle man (and middle man fees).
  • How are the hours utilized in the packages?
    Completely up to you! Want to set a reporting call? Need to talk through different strategy options? Your hours = your time with the media strategist.
  • How do I know the media will be worth my investment?
    dXm provides you with a minimum budget recommendation and marketing strategy. We'll outline where your money is going (tactics and targeting) and set perfomance goals to reach your desired return.
  • How will I know if the marketing is working?
    When you tell us your business goals, we optimize performance to hit those goals, such as (but not limited to) sales, leads, phone calls or just website traffic. We also provide you with 24/7 access to your personal performance dashboard, where you can review your campaign data any time you want.
  • If I have a time sensitive request, how long is the turnaround time?"
    We'll always respond to every communication within 24 hours. In some instances, we may take action, after seeing your message, before we even respond (ex. if there are website issues and you want your campaigns paused). Don't worry, we won't leave you hanging.
  • Will I be able to access performance reports?
    Yes! Depending on your subscription package, you will have access to performance reports, 24 hours a day/7 days a week or you may request a report from your media strategisst. If a little light report reading before bedtime is your jam, you'll be all set.
  • How long does it take to see results?
    All marketing requires time to ramp up, and that time is determined by several factors, including your specific business goal. However, best practice indicates 2-4 weeks for most campaigns to build up steam and an average of 3 months before you'll see the underlying trends surface.
  • Which social media channels do you use?
    Facebook and Instagram (where 98% of online users engage). We will announce when additional social platforms (i.e. Twitter, Linkedin, Pinterest and Snapchat) are avilable to our clients.
  • Do I need a list of customer emails to get started?
    Nope! There are a few beneficial targeting tactics that can be implemented when you provide us with a customer list, but it's not required. Even without a customer list, but with the proper website tracking in place, we can still target users who interact with your brand online.
  • Do I need a professional copywriter?
    You will need to provide creative (images and/or banner ads) and ad copy (messaging) for display and social campaigns. If copywriting isn't your thing, your media buyer can provide you with resources to help get it done. You can also provide ad copy for paid search campaigns if you desire, but our paid search experts generally handle writing the text ad copy.
  • How should I measure performance?
    Key performance indicators (KPIs) are very important for gauging the success of your campaign. Standard KPIs can include: cost per acquisition (CPA), return on investment (ROI), return on ad spend (ROAS), cost per click (CPC), cost per thousand (CPM), click-through rate (CTR), completed view percent (CVP), and more. Based on your business goals, your media buyer will outline which KPIs should be used to measure performance.
  • Do I need a Google Analytics account?
    Google Analytics gives you insights into how users interact with your site. You can look at behavior, and conversions. We definitely recommend having a Google Analytics account. It's also free :)
  • How will I know how much money I need to invest?
    Take our quiz! You can find the link on the top of the Products page. Just answer a few quick questions, and we'll recommend specific products and minimum budgets to suit your needs.
  • How are payments processed/secure?
    Payments are processed via PayWhirl. The entire PayWhirl website, including embedded portals, widgets and the API are all served over SSL with TLS 1.2 encryption with a certificate issued by DigiCert (the same SSL provider Stripe, PayPal, IBM, facebook and other reputable companies use).
