Agility is the key to successful marketing campaigns. Having a flexible strategy allows for quick, and impactful performance based changes. We believe in having an open mind, even when the plan is set, collaborative problem-solving, fostering creativity, and that in building this all on a strong foundation of organized and defined processes.



Digital marketing requires multiple relationships with clients, agencies, publishers, technology vendors, and internal teams. Positive relationships are integral to maintaining the offline connections that make online marketing work. Consideration and empathy are required soft skills for all of us at dxm. We promote diversity in our team and partners because our differences enable perspective, and perspective gives way to greater insights.



To learn is to acquire knowledge of or skill by study, experience, or being taught. We believe in a constant awareness of what we do, how we do, and who is doing it. Every team member completes a multi-step vetting process to become a dxm expert; that includes: personality and technical interviews and certification testing.



We function as a team, giving each member the support they need to operate independently, showcasing their individual skills. We respect personal and professional priorities.
